Vintage Design
Elegant Mid-century floor lamp designed by Gaetano Sciolari for Sciolari, 1960-70s. This is an extremely rare object, for true connoisseurs and not to be missed. It is the largest version of the series (height 126.5 cm). The base consists of chrome-plated aluminium plates alternating with strips in brushed anodized aluminium. Murano blown glass diffusers in champagne colour. The bulb holders are hidden by a brushed brass tube. The glass domes simply snap into the structure. It still retains the original “Sciolari” label on the underside of the base (see pictures). The lamp is fully functional and in good condition (the chrome-plating is a little worn in various spots due to ageing). Equipped with original pedal switch. Dimensions: 126.5 x 35 x 35 cm. Diffusers diameter 18.5 cm.
