Earthenware bat pedestal dish, Coclé Culture, Panama
Earthenware dish on a low pedestal foot; the dish face is painted black, red and purple on a cream ground, each half of the bisected design depicting the mirrored image of a stylized bat. There has been some restoration; please see photos.
