The pieces of this fine antique Victorian sterling silver flatware service for six persons have been crafted in the Kings shape in a similar design to Tudor pattern.

The reverse surface of each handle is ornamented with a contemporary bright cut engraved crest; each crest shows signs of wear in keeping with age, and could be erased upon request.

This impressive straight service consists of:

Six table forks
Six dessert forks
Six table spoons
Six dessert spoons
Six teaspoons

This antique flatware service is supplied in felt cutlery rolls; which not only protect the items in storage but significantly reduces tarnishing.

This flatware set or service can be purchased with knives if so desired, exact matching pattern knives are not available but a similar design can be arranged.

“Straight” means all the pieces are made by the same maker in the same year.

Condition
This antique canteen is an exceptional gauge of silver, excellent quality and in excellent condition; due to the quality and gauge of this service, it can be considered as a highly presentable straight service. The decoration of the pattern is all sharp. Full hallmarks struck to the reverse of each item are all very clear; the hallmarks are struck deeply due to the exceptional gauge of silver.

Circular, curved feet with hinged.
Decorated with peacock motifs in relief, side-mounted nine mythical animals and dragon handles, pressed spherical bowl with mythical animal handles and four paw feet with lion masks, pierced bonnet lid decorated with a pair of writhing dragons, dragon motifs with a flaming pearl in front of the decor, six-piece Xuande mark cast in the ground, height approx. 14.5 cm, B. with handles approx. 15.5 cm, weight approx. 1230 g. All-encompassing C-curves in relief, latticework, rocailles, tendrils of flowers and matching cartouches.
This impressive Chinese silver / Copper with enamel, with decoration of birds amongst blossom and flower displays. The cover is topped with a silver lion-type dragon knop. Signed and stamped in Chinese letters, this piece is in excellent condition and is highly collectable.

In a beautifully excellent condition minor scratches.
