With a definite Tudor/Gothic look this 1920s – 30s fixture is a wonderful example of the European influence which was a very popular design style during the 1920s and into the early 30s. This fixture retains it original finish and patina with just a light cleaning, a soft waxing, and a couple small touch ups.
Open architecture including a riser reminiscence of Flying Buttresses found on Medieval cathedrals in Europe. The original glass shades carry the look with a long tail, castle top detailing, and a shield look to the sides. The arm to the shades are slightly arched, just like the bridges over the Venice canals.
