This beautiful Traveling Writing Desk is made out of wood, and solid mahogany. The desk has a classic Traditional style and design, it was made in the late 1800’s, and it has a red brown mahogany stain finish color. The top of the desk pull up to open to a desktop with felt on top, and the felt pull up to open to a storage under the desk top. We not sure the stand belong to this piece originally, we believe the stand was made in the 40’s.

The measurements are: With Stand height=27.5″ width=18.75″ depth=11″ Desk only height=7.5″ width=18″ depth=10.25″ approx.

This wonderful Desk is in good condition, it is secure and sturdy, there are aging imperfections/scratches/touch ups here and there, proper to its age and wear & tear, it look like the felt was changed over the years, the top of the desk was refinished, the base has some imperfections, see pictures. less
